International Shipping Policy
Shipping to the United States – Important Information
Effective August 29, 2025, all shipments to the United States are subject to import taxes and duties, including low-value orders. This means packages will no longer enter duty-free.
Shipping Cost
We ship through DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Estafeta.
Any taxes and duties charged in the U.S. are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are the only charges covered by Zull.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed before 2:00 pm ship the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 pm ship on the next business day.
Estimated delivery time: 5–11 business days, depending on customs clearance and seasonal demand.
Customs Procedures
All packages go through formal entry procedures upon arrival in the United States.
Zull is required to accurately declare all shipments and comply with U.S. regulations and restrictions.
Shipping Address
Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
If you're not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt 2–3 delivery attempts before returning the package.
In case a reshipment is needed, shipping costs and duties will be charged to the customer.
Delivery Method
We select the best carrier based on product type and destination, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Estafeta.
Shipping Notifications
You’ll receive updates via email or message, including your tracking number, so you can follow your shipment in real time.
Order Receipt
Please check that your items arrive complete and in perfect condition. In some cases, the carrier may request an ID to confirm delivery.
