Size and Model Exchanges / Returns
Size or Model Exchange
We only accept returns within 15 calendar days from the date your order is shipped, for a size or model exchange.
Products must be returned in the same condition as when they were shipped. Worn, damaged, washed, scratched, or stained shoes cannot be accepted. Returns must include the original packaging. Otherwise, we cannot process the exchange or return.
Exchanges or returns can be made for any model in stock of the same or higher price, with any price difference payable by the customer.
Shipping from our warehouse to your address is 100% free. Customers are responsible only for shipping back to our warehouse in case of a return or exchange.
Once we receive the product at our warehouse, please allow one business day for inspection before your replacement is sent.
Manufacturing Defects
For returns due to manufacturing defects, customers have 35 calendar days from the purchase date to ship the product to our warehouse. No extensions will be granted.
To process a return or exchange for manufacturing defects, we will request photos of the product to evaluate the issue. Please send images to: promo@zullshoes.com.
Once authorized, we will provide the warehouse address to send the product. Please return shoes in the original box in which they were delivered.
Shipping costs for defect returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns delivered via cash-on-delivery or dropped off at third-party shipping offices.
The package must be labeled with your order number and the reason for return (Size Exchange / Return / Manufacturing Defect).
